Directions for Use
Pour in freshly boiled water and allow the bag to brew for at least 3 to 5 minutes. This time is needed to allow the seaweed to release its valuable nutrients. If you cover the cup while it is infusing, you will get even more natural goodness from your herbal infusions.Â
