At VOYA Organic Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original organic packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to verify their condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
